What's new?

The changes ReplyHook users will notice, collected here by date.

  1. Closed beta and a brand-new panel

    • The panel was redesigned from scratch: overview, automations, inbox, analytics, accounts and settings now live on separate pages. On phones there is a bottom menu and tables turn into cards.
    • Live phone preview and a Turkish İ/ı match indicator in the automation builder.
    • Closed beta: waitlist and sign-up with an invite code (including Google sign-up). A beta survey and feedback section in the panel.
    • When the monthly DM limit is reached, DMs are no longer skipped; they wait in line and are sent when the limit rises or a new month starts. DMs past Instagram's 7-day window can't be sent.
    • Analytics: date filter; breakdowns by post, keyword, automation and hour; CSV export.
    • English interface: the panel, sign-in screen and emails are now available in English.
    • A ⌘K command palette for quick navigation; notification emails (handover, quota, connection) can be switched on or off.

  2. Teams, multiple accounts and AI chat

    • Accounts: sign in with email and password or with Google, email verification, password reset.
    • Workspaces and teams: invite teammates with roles, connect several Instagram accounts in one workspace.
    • Rule scope: a single post, all posts or your next post. Match type: contains, whole word or entire comment.
    • Per-rule comment reply templates; the commenter's username can be added to the reply.
    • Link button in DMs with click tracking; DMs and click rate per rule, top-performing keywords.
    • AI chat assistant: answers from a knowledge base, follows the 24-hour rule, discloses that it is a bot and hands over to a human. Take over a conversation in the inbox and reply manually.
    • Setup wizard: connect your account, create your first rule, try it with a test comment.
    • Plan and usage page; panel warning and email when monthly usage reaches 80 and 100 percent.
    • DMs are sent as soon as they enter the queue; if Meta returns a rate-limit error they are retried automatically.
    • Email and panel alert if your Instagram connection breaks.
    • Privacy policy, terms of use and KVKK notice; data deletion requests via Meta and deleting your account from the panel.
    • New logo: a speech bubble with a fishing hook.
