The assistant only knows what you wrote

Add FAQs, prices, course schedules, shipping and return terms as documents with a title and content. The assistant stays within them: it never gives prices, dates, links or promises that aren't in the knowledge base.

  • Each Instagram account has its own knowledge base
  • You write its tone and instructions (e.g. “always give this link for sign-ups”)
  • It replies in the language the person writes in; Turkish by default

Human handover

When it isn't sure, it hands over to you

In these cases the assistant doesn't answer; it sends the handover message you set, passes the conversation to you and you get an email.

  • The question isn't in the knowledge base or the assistant isn't sure
  • The person asks for a human, e.g. “agent” or “human”
  • The topic is a complaint, refund, payment problem or a sensitive personal matter
  • The assistant can't produce a reply for some reason

The assistant never asks for passwords, card details or ID numbers.

  • Filters

    All, unread, assigned to you and with the assistant.

  • Take over and reply

    Once you reply, the assistant stops in that conversation.

  • Reply time left

    Each conversation shows how much of the 24-hour window is left.

  • Automation history

    See which automation sent the person a DM and whether they clicked the link.
