Parties and scope
These terms are between [Company name] and the person or entity using the ReplyHook service at https://replyhook.app (“Customer”). By using the service you accept these terms.
Service
ReplyHook provides automatic replies, link delivery, statistics and an optional AI assistant for comments and messages on Instagram professional accounts via the official Instagram API. No unofficial Instagram endpoints, password logins or automated follows/likes are used.
Customer obligations
- You must own, or be authorised to manage, the Instagram account you connect.
- You are responsible for complying with Instagram’s Community Guidelines, the Meta Platform Terms and applicable law (including KVKK, Law No. 6563 and commercial electronic message regulations).
- Spam, misleading content, illegal products or services, trap links that collect personal data and commercial messages sent without the user’s explicit request are prohibited.
- The AI assistant’s answers are based on your knowledge base; you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Plans and quota
Plans have monthly limits on DMs, assistant replies, accounts and team members. When a limit is reached, automatic sending pauses until the end of the period. Prices and payment terms for paid plans will be announced separately.
Service continuity
Changes to the Instagram API, Meta’s limits or account restrictions may temporarily stop parts of the service. We provide the service with reasonable care; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for consequences of decisions made by Instagram/Meta. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction; consumers keep their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
