Data controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), [Company name] ([Registered address]) is the data controller for ReplyHook Customer accounts. For data of Customers’ Instagram audiences, the Customer is the data controller and [Company name] is the data processor.
Data processed
Identity (name), contact (email), customer transactions (rules, delivery records), transaction security (sessions, log records), Instagram username and ID, comment and message content.
Purposes and legal grounds
Establishing and performing the contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), fulfilling legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f; security and abuse prevention). Separate explicit consent is obtained for commercial electronic messages.
Transfers
To provide the service, data may be transferred to hosting, email and AI service providers and to Meta Platforms in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
Collection method
Data is collected electronically by automated means through the website and dashboard, the official Instagram API and webhook notifications.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation for damages.
