Three ways to delete your data

• Delete your ReplyHook account in the dashboard (for Customers).
• Remove ReplyHook’s access in Instagram settings and send a data deletion request.
• Email info@sefayilmaz.dev (for everyone, including people who commented or sent messages).

1. Delete your account in the dashboard

In the dashboard, go to the account deletion section on the Settings page and type your account’s email address exactly to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent; you are signed out.

• Your user account is deleted.
• All workspaces you own are deleted, together with their connected Instagram accounts, rules, delivery records, conversations and links.
• Workspaces you are a member of but do not own are not deleted; only your membership is removed.
• To record the deletion, we keep only a short irreversible hash of your email address, the number of workspaces and the date.

2. Remove ReplyHook in Instagram

In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites and remove ReplyHook.

• When you remove access, Meta notifies us; your connected Instagram account is marked as “access revoked” and automatic replies stop.
• When you send a data deletion request, Meta calls ReplyHook’s data deletion endpoint and the data of that Instagram ID is deleted immediately: if the ID is a connected account, the account and its rules, deliveries, conversations and links; if it belongs to someone who commented or sent messages, that person’s delivery records and conversation history.
• Meta gives you a confirmation code. For this request your Instagram ID is not stored in plain form; only a short irreversible hash is kept.

Check the deletion status

For requests sent through Meta, the status page opens with your confirmation code. Address format: https://replyhook.app/data-deletion?code=CONFIRMATION_CODE. The page shows whether the request is completed (with the completion date), being processed, or whether no request exists for that code.

3. Email us

Write to info@sefayilmaz.dev and include your account’s email address or your Instagram username. Requests under Article 11 of KVKK are answered within 30 days at the latest.

Records deleted automatically

Even without a deletion request, some records are deleted automatically: comment text after 30 days, deduplication records within 7–30 days, raw webhook events after 14 days. Details are in the privacy policy.
