General
What does ReplyHook do?
When people comment your chosen keyword on an Instagram post, ReplyHook replies to the comment and sends them a DM automatically. You can also turn on an AI chat bot that answers DM questions from your knowledge base.
Who is it for?
Creators, educators, e-commerce businesses and agencies that share links, guides, discount codes or information with followers through DMs.
Which languages does it support?
The dashboard, emails and this site are available in Turkish and English. Support is provided in Turkish.
Instagram and security
Which Instagram accounts does it work with?
Professional (Business or Creator) Instagram accounts. You can switch a personal account to a professional one in a few steps in the Instagram settings.
Do I have to give you my Instagram password?
No. You connect through Instagram's official login screen; you type your password into Instagram and ReplyHook only receives the permissions you approve. Your password never reaches us.
Do you use the official API? Is my account at risk?
ReplyHook only uses Meta's official Instagram API — no browser automation, password sharing or unofficial methods. Messages are sent within Meta's rate limits and messaging rules.
How do I disconnect?
Disconnect the account in the dashboard, or remove ReplyHook's access in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites.
Automation
What if a follower types the keyword differently?
Letter case and the Turkish İ/ı are matched automatically: GUIDE, guide and Guide trigger the same rule, and so do KURSİ and kursı. The keyword is caught inside a sentence too.
Which posts does a rule run on?
You choose per rule: a single post, all posts, or the next post you publish.
Is the reply under the comment always the same?
No. You can add several reply templates; one is picked for each comment so the same sentence doesn't repeat.
Can I send the DM to followers only?
Yes. With the follow check on, the person taps the follow-confirmation button first; ReplyHook checks the follow status through the official API and sends the link after that.
Will DMs get lost if a post goes viral?
No. Sends go into a persistent queue and go out in order within Meta's rate limits. Failed sends are retried and shown in the dashboard.
AI chat
What does the AI chat bot base its answers on?
On the knowledge base you add (FAQ, course details, product information and so on). It doesn't guess about topics that aren't in it.
What happens when the bot isn't sure?
When it isn't sure, or the person asks for a human, it hands the conversation over to you; it shows up in the inbox in your dashboard.
Does it say it's a bot?
Yes. As Meta's rules require, it identifies itself as a bot and only replies within 24 hours of the person's last message.
Pricing and beta
Is ReplyHook paid?
It's free during the closed beta. Paid plans will be announced after the beta; founding members get a discount.
How do I join the beta?
Join the waitlist. We invite people to the closed beta in small groups; when it's your turn, your invite code arrives by email.
Are there usage limits during the beta?
Yes, fair-use limits apply to monthly DMs and AI replies during the beta. You can see the current limits in your dashboard.
Data and privacy
How is my data protected?
Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted. We only process the data the service needs to work; details are in the privacy policy and the KVKK notice.
How do I delete my account and data?
Delete your account in the dashboard under Settings. You can also send a data deletion request through Instagram; the process is described on the data deletion page.
