What's in the details?

Features you can use in the dashboard today. All of them run on the official Instagram API.

Automation

  • Turkish-aware matching

    İ/ı/I/i, ş/s, ç/c, ğ/g, ö/o, ü/u and letter case don't break a rule. Emoji and punctuation are ignored.

  • Three match modes

    The keyword appears anywhere in the comment, appears as a whole word, or is the entire comment; you choose.

  • Post scope

    A rule runs on a single post, on all posts, or on the next post you publish.

  • Comment reply templates

    Write up to 10 replies and one is picked at random for each comment. Type {username} to insert the commenter's name.

  • DMs with a link button

    A message of up to 1,000 characters, with a button underneath that opens your link.

  • Follow check

    Optionally send the link to followers only. Follow status is checked through the official API.

  • Tracked links

    Links in DMs go through our short address, so clicks are counted per automation, keyword and post.

  • Persistent queue with retries

    When a post takes off, DMs don't get lost: they're queued and retried at growing intervals if something fails.

Chat and inbox

  • Knowledge-based AI chat

    The assistant relies only on what you add; it never makes up prices, dates or links.

  • Human handover

    If someone asks for a representative, or the topic is a complaint, payment or refund, the conversation comes to you and you get an email.

  • 24-hour rule and bot disclosure

    The assistant says it's automated in its first message and only replies within 24 hours of the person's last message.

  • Inbox

    Every conversation in one place. Take over, reply yourself and see the person's automation history.

Team and accounts

  • Team roles

    Owner, admin and member roles. Members manage automations and the inbox; admins also manage accounts and the team.

  • Multiple Instagram accounts

    Connect several accounts to one workspace and switch between them. The number of accounts and teammates depends on the plan.
